I help women with ADHD overcome self-doubt & live a meaningful life
PODCAST HOST & FORMER SELF-DOUBTER
We ask ourselves if we are enough, if we’re doing a good enough job, whether there’s something wrong with us, and why others make it look so easy to stay organized and show up on time.
You’re not imagining it - living with ADHD can be hard.
We are told to “try harder” and that we aren’t “living up to our potential”.
We feel misunderstood and alone.
But you’re not alone. I’ve been there. I’ve questioned my worth, my belonging and my purpose. I’ve been stuck, paralyzed by the fear of rejection or failure. But I found my way through. And now I want to help you overcome your self-doubt so you can move forward with confidence.
My perspective in coaching is that we all have something beautiful to offer, and no one is made wrong. I’m not here to tell you what to do or how to feel, I’m here to help you understand who you are and how to pave your own path forward.
Courage is not the absence of fear… but the steps we take, even when we’re afraid. Are you ready to take the first step? Click the button below and let’s get started.
Yours truly,
Kelsey Spronk

Trained Life & ADHD Coach
For years I wondered what was wrong with me. I was trying to be like everyone else, but kept on failing at it. I struggled with the things that others made look “easy”, but I didn’t understand why.
After years of wondering what was wrong with me, I finally figured it out.
It turns out, nothing was wrong with me! Learning that I had ADHD helped me to understand who I truly was - the way God designed me to be.
As I learned about my unique ADHD brain, I realized - I’m not broken (and neither are you)! We are made in God’s image to reflect His goodness. We think differently, not deficiently.
God has brought me peace and reassurance in my worth, in who I am and in the calling He has for my life.
And now, I’m here to help you find that same peace and reassurance in your worth, your identity and your God-given calling.
